The idea launched from the simplicity and strength of the product: daily sandwiches with clear standards in preparation, storage, and service. The goal was for the customer to find the exact same taste on every visit—which remains our cornerstone.

As demand grew, we expanded services and capacity without replacing "the secret" with rushed speed: improving workflows, training the team, controlling vendors, and maintaining detailed cleanliness at every step.

Disciplined Expansion
Opening a new branch for us is linked to the operations team's ability to replicate quality: pre-training, stable supply chains, field supervision, and simple but strict indicators to monitor cleanliness, speed, and waste. Our goal is for a customer at the second branch to feel as though they are at "the exact same restaurant", not a weaker copy.
This philosophy connects directly to the rest of the company's divisions: what we learn in the restaurant feeds into Alsheikh Supplies and Alsheikh Production Facility—and vice-versa—creating a continuous improvement loop.
